Post-menopausal 178 cms 90 kgs
(ideal weight should be 60-70kgs)
Gabriella came to her health concierge struggling with declining mobility and muscle weakness — common challenges following menopause. Her coach designed a tailored programme incorporating low-impact resistance training, flexibility work, and nutritional guidance to support bone density and hormonal balance. Along with her weekly in person sessions at her house each week.
Through consistent, progressive sessions, Gabriella gradually rebuilt functional strength and improved her range of motion. Her coach monitored her progress closely, adjusting intensity to suit her comfort and capacity.
Within three months, Gabriella reported reduced joint stiffness, greater independence in daily activities, and renewed confidence — transforming her quality of life significantly, we continue working together now looking towards completely some 10kms for extra motivation in the near future.

Thomas arrived burned out, overweight, and carrying significant health risks. His coach began with a comprehensive lifestyle assessment, acknowledging his demanding schedule and deeply ingrained habits, approaching change with patience rather than pressure.
Months 1–3: Foundation Building gentle walking routines, stress management techniques, and gradual nutritional improvements were introduced. Medical clearance was obtained, and blood pressure was closely monitored.
Months 4–6: Progressive Momentum Resistance training was carefully introduced. Smoking reduction strategies and substitution techniques were implemented. Wine consumption was reduced to one glass nightly.
Months 7–9: Strengthening Habits Thomas's fitness capacity improved noticeably. Smoking ceased entirely with coaching support. Nutrition was further refined, targeting cardiovascular health.
Months 10–12: Transformation Thomas lost 12kg, blood pressure normalised, alcohol consumption became occasional, and his energy levels soared, reclaiming both his health and professional sharpness.
We are now focused on a more planned training programme, working aerobic/anaerobic cardiovascular sessions and twice weekly strength and conditioning my myself at his villa in Marbella.
